ingredients:
1 cup sweet corns
4 beans finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
2 tsp cornflour powder
2 tsp onion finely chopped
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cups water
1 tsp oregano
salt to taste
method:
- take a fry pan add oil and saute carrot, beans and onions which is finely chopped and fry for 3-4 mins ans keep aside.
- take a vessel boil water in it and add all the vegetables and cook it till they become soft.
- in a small bowl add cornflour and 2 tsp water and mix well.
- now add this cornflour paste in the vegetables and stir. the soup will become thicker when cornflour is added.
- than add pepper and sugar and stir it for 2 mins.
- than add oregano and mix well and garnish the soup with some coriander leaves.
- now your corn soup is ready to be served...!!!
