ingredients:
5-6 boiled eggs
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomato paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 cloves
2 cinnamons
2 elaichi
few mustard seeds
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
few mint and coriander leaves
ingredients to make paste:
2 tsp coconut
1 tsp khas khas
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 cashew nuts
4-5 curry leaves
2 green chillies
method:
- take a big vessel add oil in it and add the boiled eggs and pinch of turmeric powder mix it well and keep it aside.
- take another pan and add some oil and add cloves, cinnamon, elaichi,mustard seeds and fry it for 2-3 sec. than add chopped onions in it and ginger garlic paste and saute it continously for 4-5 mints.
- than add coriander powder, chilli powder and salt mix it well and add tomato paste to it and mix it well for 4-5 mints.
- make a fine paste of the ingredients coconut, khas khus, cumin seeds, cashew nuts, curry leaves, green chillies and add it to the above step 3 and cook for 10 mints by adding 1/2 cup of water.
- add the boiled eggs and cook it in the above masala for 10-12 mints.
- add some garam masala and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
- turn off the flames and serve it happily....!!
