egg masala curry



ingredients:
5-6 boiled eggs
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tomato paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 cloves
2 cinnamons
2 elaichi
few mustard seeds
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
few mint and coriander leaves

ingredients to make paste:
2 tsp coconut 
1 tsp khas khas
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 cashew nuts
4-5 curry leaves
2 green chillies

method:
  1. take a big vessel add oil in it and add the boiled eggs and pinch of turmeric powder mix it well and keep it aside.
  2. take another pan and add some oil and add cloves, cinnamon, elaichi,mustard seeds and fry it for 2-3 sec. than add chopped onions in it and ginger garlic paste and saute it continously for 4-5 mints.
  3. than add coriander powder, chilli powder and salt mix it well and add tomato paste to it and mix it well for 4-5 mints.
  4. make a fine paste of the ingredients coconut, khas khus, cumin seeds, cashew nuts, curry leaves, green chillies and add it to the above step 3 and cook for 10 mints by adding 1/2 cup of water.
  5. add the boiled eggs and cook it in the above masala for 10-12 mints. 
  6. add some garam masala and garnish it with mint and coriander leaves.
  7. turn off the flames and serve it happily....!!
