Lemon Jelly

Ingredients:
1 packet lemon jelly
1tsp coffee
2 cups fresh cream
3-4 tsp sugar

method:

first boil 2 cups of water in a vessel and add the jelly powder in it and let the jelly dissolve.
when the jelly is dissolved and mixed remove it from the flames and keep half of the jelly in the refrigerator untill the jelly gets settled.
add 1 tsp coffee in the remaining jelly. mix it and keep it in the refrigerator in another bowl.
grind the sugar to a smooth powder and mix it with the cream.
take a bowl and add lemon jelly in it and spread some cream on it and again add coffee jelly on top of the lemon jelly and add cream on it.
now refrigerate it again for sometime and serve it....!!!
