Ingredients:
1 packet lemon jelly
1tsp coffee
2 cups fresh cream
3-4 tsp sugar
method:
- first boil 2 cups of water in a vessel and add the jelly powder in it and let the jelly dissolve.
- when the jelly is dissolved and mixed remove it from the flames and keep half of the jelly in the refrigerator untill the jelly gets settled.
- add 1 tsp coffee in the remaining jelly. mix it and keep it in the refrigerator in another bowl.
- grind the sugar to a smooth powder and mix it with the cream.
- take a bowl and add lemon jelly in it and spread some cream on it and again add coffee jelly on top of the lemon jelly and add cream on it.
- now refrigerate it again for sometime and serve it....!!!
