samosa recipe



























ingredients:

3-4 potatoes boiled, peeled and smashed
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp amchur(mango) powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp ghee
salt to taste
1/2 green peas

method:

  • take a bowl and add all purpose flour and ghee and mix it throughly with some water to make it a fine dough and keep it aside.
  • in a small bowl soak the green peas in water and keep aside.
  • take a pan add some oil and heat the pan than add cumin seeds, coriander, chilli powder, turmeric powder,  amchur, garam masla and salt and mix well for about 2-3 mins.
  • add boiled and smashed potatoes to the above mixture and finely mix it for 2 mins.
  • on low flames cook the above mixture for 8-10 mins and keep it aside.
  • now take the dough and make small equall round ball shape of the dough .
  • take the dough ball on some flour and roll it to make a circle.
  • now cut the circle in two equal half with knife.
  • take half semi circle and roll it to make like a cone.
  • fill the potatoe mixture in the cone a and close the cone to make it a triangle.
  • take a pan add oil and deep fry the samosa till golden brown.
  • serve the hot samosa with sauce and enjoy....!!!
