first we need to prepare the dough. take a big bowl and add flour, salt, baking soda, oil and mix it well, to make a smooth dough and keep it aside for 1 hour by covering the dough by a wet cloth.

for aloo stuffing:
in a bowl add the boiled and peeled potatoes, chillli powder, lemon juice, mint leaves( chopped), ginger, garam masala and mix all the ingredients well. make this aloo stuffing into equal round balls. and keep aside.

now coming to dough take the dough and make small falt balls. now take a one dough and coat it with flour on both the sides and roll it with the rolling pin.

after the dough is rolled like a chapati than place the potato stuffing balls on the center of the dough. than seal the edges of the dough and make it into  balls again and flaten it. again coat the stuffed dough in the flour and roll it again with the rolling pin and make it like a chapati." note that it should not be so thin chapati r else it will have to chance stick to the rolling board".

take a chapati pan and gently place this stuffed dough into it on a low flame. than after you see small bubbles on it turn it to the other side and put some oil on its edges and than again turn it and put some oil and heat it till the colour of the paratha becomes golden brown.
