ingredients:
8-10 slices of bread cut in triangles
1 cup gram flour i.e basan
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp aamchur powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup rice flour
few mint leaves finely chopped
method:
in a large bowl add gram flour(besan), chilli powder, turmeric powder, baking soda, salt, rice flour, oil, mint leaves, aamchur powder. mix all the ingredients with some water to make it a thick paste. the paste should be thick enough so that it stick to the bread.
keep the paste aside for about 10 mints.
now take the bread slices and cut the edges of it and make to triangle shape.
take a frying pan add oil to it. after the pan is heated take a slice of bread dip it in the paste and put it in the pan and deep fry it till golden brown.
now serve your hot bread pakoda with sauce dip and enoying it in the cold rainy days...!!! :)
