masala butter paneer is my all time favourite dish. i just love paneer alot its yummy all the time. all the paneer lovers hit like and share this paneer recipe with your loved ones.
ingredients:
250gm paneer ( cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 onions
8-10 cashew nuts ( soaked in water)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
3-4 tomatos
2 garlic
2 ginger
3-4 green chillies
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp butter
2 tsp fresh cream
salt to taste
2-3 tsp oil
few methi leaves
method:
- firstly grind the onions in a blender to make a fine smooth onion paste than take that out in a bowl.
- grind the tomatos into a paste and keep aside in a bowl.
- than the soaked cashew nuts must be blended into a paste. keep this three paste aside in seperate bowls.
- in a non stick frying pan add some oil and add the onion paste in it and mix it till the paste turns little pink in colour.
- add cashew nuts paste into the onion paste and add green chillies and chilli powder and mix it well for about 40-50 sec.
- than add tomato paste in the mixture and cook it for 4-5 mints.
- add garam masala and coriander masala and stir it for sometime and than add 1/2 cup of water, salt and milk in the mixture and cook it for 7-8 mints.
- add paneer cubes and few methi leaves in the gravy and cook it for 3-4 mints.
- after cooking add cream to the gravy and thick the gravy according to your wish.
- now turn off the flames and put the delicious hot masala butter panner into a bowl.
