punjabi lassi



ingredients:
2 cups thick curd
1 tsp hot milk
10-12 strands of saffron
1/2 tsp cardamon
2 tsp sugar
2-3 badam, pista, cherries finely chopped

method:

  1. take a bowl add curd and sugar in it and mix it.
  2. in a small bowl add hot milk and saffron and mix it till the saffron dissolves.
  3. add the saffron mixture in the curd mixture and beat it with the hand beater till the lassi is smooth.
  4. take the lassi in a glass and garnish it with badam, pista and cherries.
  5. happily have your punjabi lassi at your home....!!!
