ingredients:
2 cups thick curd
1 tsp hot milk
10-12 strands of saffron
1/2 tsp cardamon
2 tsp sugar
2-3 badam, pista, cherries finely chopped
method:
- take a bowl add curd and sugar in it and mix it.
- in a small bowl add hot milk and saffron and mix it till the saffron dissolves.
- add the saffron mixture in the curd mixture and beat it with the hand beater till the lassi is smooth.
- take the lassi in a glass and garnish it with badam, pista and cherries.
- happily have your punjabi lassi at your home....!!!
