fish curry |
ingredients:
1 1/2 kg fish
2 onions
2 tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ghee
salt to taste
few coriander leaves for garnish
method:
- wash the fish throughly and cut them itno medium size pieces.
- take a frying pan add ghee and fry the fish pieces gently and keep them aside.
- grind one onion into fine paste and chop the other onion.
- add the chopped onion in the ghee fry pan and fry till golden brown.
- now add cumin seeds, chilli powder, tumeric powder, garam masala in the fried onion and stir for about 10 min.
- add tomato paste, grinded onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for about 10 mins.
- add salt and water and cook the mixture for sometime.
- now add fried fish pieces and cook it on low flames for 10 mins.
- now turn off the flames and take the curry in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- serve the delicious fish curry and enjoy it.....
