mango jelly |
ingredients:
1kg not fully ripe mango slices
1 1/2 cup of water
3 cups sugar
1 lemon juice
method:
- take a deep pan and add water and mango slices and cook it till soft.
- now remove soft mango slices from the water and put it in a container and add sugar and lemon juice and cook it till the soft mango turns to jelly.
- turn off the flames and pour the jelly in a large plate and let it cool for some time.
- now after cooling cut the jelly into your desired shapes and enjoy it..!!
