chilli chicken |
ingredients:
500grms boneless chicken
2 onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
9-10 green chillies
4 tsp cornflour
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of ajinomoto
salt to taste
pinch of black pepper
few coriander leaves
oil to fry
method:
- clean the chicken and keep it aside.
- slit the green chillies and chop the onions into pieces.
- take a bowl and add 2 tsp cornflour and water and mix well than add half of the soya sauce, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper and marinate it for about 30 mins.
- than take a pan add oil and marinated chicken pieces and deep fry till golden brown and keep it aside.
- heat 2 tsp of oil in fry pan and add onions and chillies and saute till golden brown.
- add left over ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- than add fried chicken, venigar, soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, pepper and salt.
- in a small bowl add conflour and 2 tsp water and mix it and add it in the chicken and cook for 5-7 mins.
- garnish the chilli chicken with some coriander leaves and serve it......!!!
